YSCC takes home USCAA Women's Coach of the Year and Student Athlete of the Year award
(YSCC) -- The USCAA announced Division II Basketball Year-End Awards on Wednesday and the YSCC had some major award winners.
Central Maine Community College Women's Head Coach Andrew Morong took home the 2016-17 USCAA Women's DII Coach of the Year award.
Carmen Bragg of the University of Maine at Augusta took home Women's DII Student-Athlete of the Year.
Additionally, the YSCC had 13 men's and women's players make either honorable mentions, 2nd Team or 1st Team All-American lists.
John Morgan of Southern Maine Community College made the USCAA DII Men's First Team. Jamie Plummer of the University of Maine at Augusta and Brook Reynolds of Central Maine Community College made the USCAA DII Women's First Team.
