Concord, NH – The NHTI Men's Basketball Team was victorious on Saturday by a final of 75-46. For Head Coach Paul Hogan it becomes another milestone to his illustrious career earning win number 600.
Coach Hogan has been coaching in New Hampshire for over 35 years including eight years as the head coach at Plymouth State College (1990-1998) and 19 years at NHTI (2000-present). "It is just great to get another win" said Coach Hogan when asked on win number 600. "I have had really good players, some great assistant coaches and the key thing has been getting the players to buy into the team."
In the contest NHTI was led by Sean Riley (Washington, DC) who tallied 20 points (8-12 FG, 2-4 3-FG, 2-2 FT), five steals and a pair of rebounds. Sean Menard (Chichester, NH) added 14 points (5-11 FG, 4-9 3-FG), two steals and two rebounds. Team Captain JQ Thurmond (Monticello, GA) finished the game with 14 points (6-14 FG, 0-1 3-FG, 2-2 FT) five steals, five rebounds and three assists.
